The danger of giving a cell phone to your Dad. Upon receiving a cellular phone bill for one month of $2,700 dollars plus change. The bill was at least 30 pages long. I asked him what happened. He said he didn’t know, he had called a few friends back East and talked to them. The service did not cover roaming charges, when I explained this to him, he said, " Hey, I don’t know what those are, but I never called "Rome"! This is a true story and I can prove it if needed. Needless to say, I called the cellular service and explained what the problem was and they discounted about $1,300 dollars of the bill. They didn’t have to do that and it was greatly appreciated. Now Dad has a service that allows him to call wherever and whenever he wants. Naturally I keep a weather eye out for his phone bill.

I don’t know if this will be much help to you, but on Thursday night (08-26-04) I was channel surfing and incredible I found the Larry Miller sking routine on HBO Comedy. Unfortunately it was 3/4 over, but I did find out the official name of the HBO Special and it’s called "Just Words". I just went to the HBO site and searched "Larry Miller" and it resulted in a match for HBO Comedy. So, I’m hoping that this show will be repeated. I couldn’t find out exactly when, so check your HBO and see if you can find it. Good Luck!!!

Hi Everyone, GREAT NEWS - HBO Comedy is going to show Larry Miller - Just Words. It has the Skiing Trip in it. It is to be shown in Aug. 4th,7th,18th,20th,25th,31st. Check out HBO website for time in your area. I will be taping it and recording it to DVD let me know if you would like a copy.

Some years ago I saw a one man show done by Larry Miller on cable. It was all about his growing up and the members of his family. Ive been searching for this tape or transcript for years, please help...anyone!

I have a copy of the "5 stages of drunkeness"..copied from TV...I also had the elusive "SKI TRIP"...and my husband "loaned it to someone..who loaned it to someone, etc etc....if anyone has the ski trip...I would give you my first born son!!
