For many years, jerry slaked them in super clubs across the country with
his own wacky brand of comedy, often using a banjo as his sword. In
recent years he received acclaim for his role in the long running
series, Coach.
I would love to have a video of Jerry Van Dyke doing the "Mule Train" song / skit. Does anyone know if or where it is available? Thanks...

The "Mule Train" whip-sync is the funniest thing I’ve seen on TV in a long, long time.

Jerry, I was having lunch one afternoon when I saw a fellow transplant recipient. He told me you had a liver transplant at Baylor in Dallas. I had a double transplant( liver/kidney) in Nov.2002. Just wanted to say, "Welcome" to "our" special club. Sherry Lee

I have been doing the Lone Ranger bit for 30 years after seeing Jerry do it on TV as a kid. I have the exact same recording he used. If anyone finds a copy of a video of Jerry doing the bit, let me know! I’d be happy to provide the recording to anyone if you’d like it...

I also saw the Mule Train bit many years ago and still laugh when I think about it. It was such a simple thing but hysterical. Does anyone know if there’s a video of it available?

For over 50 years I believed I had seen Dick Van Dyke do the "Mule Train" bit in Ancorage Alaska at Elmendorf Air Force Base.Last Monday Jerry did it at the end of the show "Yes, Dear" and I realized it was Jerry and not his brother. That is one funny. That was in l952. Could I get an autograph?

We saw you perform the Lone Ranger routine on the Judy Garland Show and my husband & I couldn’t stop laughing, it was the BEST comedy routine we have EVER seen! You are TERRIFIC! Is there any way to be able to purchase a tape of that routine? Your loyal fans, David and Suzy Moore

I recall seeing Jerry perform his "Lone Ranger and Tonto" act on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson - at least twice. It was wonderful and just remembering it makes me laugh aloud again. Is this performance available anywhere on video? It’s not included in any of the Johnny Carson videos.
